Fire rating standard
BSEN 13501: 1h integrity in case of internal fire, 45 min for external fire, and 1h for heat insulation.
Fire resistance test
BSEN 1366-1: Fire resistance tests for service installations – Ventilation ducts.
Corrosion-proof
Our liners have a high tolerance against corrosive condensation and cleaning agents between pH 3-10.
Cleaning & maintenance
Compatible with industry cleaning methods EN 1457-1: 2012.

One-piece liner
Length from 1 up to 80 metres. Between 0.08 metre to 1 metre diameter.
Composite Liner Structure
VentilFlex-25 RKV liners are comprised of 3 structural components, creating the final product.
- Thermoplastic film used to inflate the liner (removed after install)
- 4-6 layers of glass fibre reinforced with heat resistant resin
- Outer kevlar fabric to protect the tube and limit the achievable diameter
3-Step Installation
VentilFlex-25 RKV liners are supplied in a soft state. Trained installers use steam to harden and finish the liner.
- The soft pliable liner is positioned inside the duct
- Steam is used to inflate and cure the liner, fixing it in position
- The finished liner is smooth, air-tight and corrosion resistant
